Brilliant cut, GH quality si1 color, white diamonds with a 0.36 tcw are pave set in oxidized sterling silver. The heart is topped with a beautiful faceted pear shaped ruby set in gold with a simple gold bail which measures 5/8"W x 1 1/16"H. Add a lovely 14k yellow gold and diamond charm holder clasp to allow your pendant to easily switch between different style chains.
