Repairs & Jewelry Care
Rebecca Myers jewelry is made with care and intended to be worn for years. Thoughtful maintenance and occasional service can help preserve both the beauty and integrity of a piece over time.
What if something goes wrong with my jewelry?
Rebecca Myers Collection covers workmanship issues for 6 months from the date of purchase.
This includes problems such as a clasp or stone setting failure when the issue is determined to result from the original workmanship rather than normal wear, impact, misuse, or outside alteration.
What if my piece needs repair later on?
Jewelry naturally changes with wear, and repairs or adjustments may occasionally be needed over time.
The studio is happy to evaluate Rebecca Myers pieces beyond the workmanship period as well. Any applicable repair cost will be discussed with you before work begins.
How long do repairs usually take?
Most repairs are completed within approximately 1–4 weeks, depending on the piece and the work required.
If a repair is more involved, we’ll let you know what to expect once the piece has been assessed.
Do you offer refinishing or oxidation touch-ups?
Yes. Complimentary refinishing and oxidation touch-ups are available for Rebecca Myers pieces when appropriate.
The treatment will be tailored to the materials, finish, and condition of the individual piece.
How should I send a piece in for service?
Please contact the studio before sending jewelry in for repair or maintenance so we can review what’s needed and provide the appropriate shipping instructions.
We recommend using a tracked, fully insured service with signature confirmation when sending valuable jewelry.
How should I care for my jewelry at home?
A little routine care can help keep your jewelry looking its best.
We recommend removing pieces before strenuous activity, swimming, bathing, or using household chemicals. When not being worn, jewelry should be stored carefully and, when possible, separated from other pieces to help prevent scratching or tangling.
For everyday cleaning, a soft cloth is often all that’s needed. Avoid harsh cleaners unless they have been specifically recommended for the materials in your piece.
