Order Changes & Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. If you need to make an adjustment to an order, the sooner you get in touch, the more likely we are to be able to help.
Can I cancel an in-stock order?
In-stock orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not already shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it will fall under our Returns & Exchanges policy instead. Cancelled orders may incur a 3.5% restocking fee.
Can I make changes to an order after it has been placed?
We’ll do our best to accommodate changes to in-stock orders when fulfillment has not progressed too far.
Changes may not be possible once an order has been packed, shipped, resized, altered, or otherwise prepared specifically for you.
Can I cancel a made-to-order or custom piece?
Made-to-order and custom work follow different terms because production begins specifically for your order.
Custom commissions require a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin. Once the final design has been approved and production is underway, the order is considered committed.
Made-to-order pieces are also generally considered final sale once production has begun.
What happens if I need to revise a custom commission?
Custom commissions include one design revision as part of the process.
Additional revisions are possible, but may affect both cost and timing. Once materials have been cast or fabrication has moved beyond the design stage, further design changes may no longer be possible.
