The 14k yellow gold pendant features a pear shaped, faceted ruby. Brilliant cut, GH quality si1 color, white diamonds are pave set in the gold wings and oxidized silver heart. The heart is 13/16”H x 11/16”W and hangs from a 16”, 14k yellow gold cable chain.
