Shipping Information

Shipping and insurance is a flat fee of $35.00. You can also pick up free of charge at our Baltimore studio located at 5100 Falls Road, 14 Village Square Baltimore, MD 21210 in the the Village of Cross Keys.

Return Policy

We have a 7 day return policy on any item purchased directly from Rebecca Myers Collection, in-store or online, if you are unsatisfied with the fit or look of the item. We offer in-store credit or exchanges for merchandise only. We do not accept cancelations on custom made pieces. All items must be in new condition and returned directly to Rebecca Myers Collection.

Repairs

We are happy to provide repair services for a set fee after one year of ownership. Refinishing pieces to maintain surface finishes or oxidation is free of charge. Shipping and insurance is a flat fee of $35.00

 Rebecca Myers Collection is not responsible for accidental damage of stones or metal incurred by wear or abuse. We advise you to have stones checked by a professional jeweler annually to ensure longevity of each piece.

 Please contact us at +410 889 3393 or info@rebeccamyersdesign.com for any repairs or advice on repairs if you choose to use a local jeweler. We will discuss the repair with you and provide an estimate for service. Please allow 1-4 weeks to complete your repair.

Sizing & Alterations

We recommend that you have your ring sized in our Baltimore studio or by a professional jeweler to ensure a proper fit prior to placing your order with Rebecca Myers Collection. If you have additional sizing needs on other items of jewelry, please contact us directly.
