Getting Ready for the Wendy Jachman Exhibit

I am so excited to be showing the incredible work of Wendy Jachman in my gallery this month! Her work is really beautiful and thought provoking. We are moving things around and getting ready to hang and display her pieces. She has brought both two dimensional and sculptural work to show and sell in the gallery.

The subject and symbolism of pomegranates inspired Wendy to create a collection of paintings and assemblages that are in the style and spirit of other female artists, using this beautiful fruit as a vehicle. The collection addresses many celebratory and disquieting issues relating to feminism and women’s place in the world.

Please join us opening night, 5:00 pm- 8:00 pm April 12, or stop by Monday through Saturday, any time during our retail hours of 10:00 am - 6:00 pm April 13 - June 15 to see this great show!!
